Chapter 1083 hosts annual SCBC "Fly In 2014" at Rowan County Airport (RUQ). Over 100 people were
served breakfast by volunteers of 1083 and no less then 33 planes and pilots attended the event
and a good time was had by all!
Founded in 1938, the South Carolina Breakfast Club is the oldest flying club in the world, having flown every other Sunday since then, except for two years during WWII when they could not get fuel.

How do I join?  Attend a "Fly In" breakfast at an airport near you, drive or fly in, makes no difference.

What does it cost?  Your breakfast will probably cost $5-$10 per person.

Once you attend a breakfast you are a member FOR LIFE! There are no membership dues and you can never be kicked out!
